MASS SERVICES LLC is Hiring a Clinical Supervisor (hybrid) Near Moreno Valley, CA
Clinical Supervisor
Partial work from home opportunities available.
Willingness to travel to cases in Ontario, Fontana, Rialto, San Bernardino and Grand Terrace Areas.
Duties:
- Provide clinical supervision and oversight to Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians.
- Conduct regular case reviews and provide feedback to ensure quality of care
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate services and ensure continuity of care
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on individual client needs
- Monitor and evaluate client progress through data collection and analysis
- Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in clinical counseling, child family counseling, and special education
- Provide direct support to clients as needed
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards within the company.
Qualifications:
- Enrolled or has obtained a Master's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, applied behavior analysis , counseling, social work)
- Proven experience as a behavior Technician and or supervisor.
- Strong knowledge implementation of behavior plans and data collection procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively lead a team and provide guidance and support
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
